Terms and Conditions for 6E Club
Checked · 6E Club help guide
Terms and conditions are the agreement between you and 6E Club, the free video platform at 6eclub.tv, for watching, uploading and taking part. They are written to be read, not skimmed: who may use the service, what you keep and what you allow us to do with your videos, what may not be uploaded, and what happens when a rule is broken. Using the site or the Android app means you accept them.
Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 to switch off the sensitive-content filter or use any other mature setting. The register form asks for a birth year and refuses one that is too young; giving a false year breaks these terms. One person may hold one account, and an account may not be sold, shared or handed to someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself and change it in Settings if you think someone else has it.
Your Content Stays Yours
You keep every right you had in a video before you uploaded it. So that the platform can work, you give us a licence to store the file, make lower-quality versions of it, cut thumbnails and preview frames from it, stream it to the viewers your visibility setting allows, and show its title and thumbnail in feeds, search and playlists. The licence lasts while the video is on the platform and ends when you delete it, apart from copies in caches that expire on their own and records kept for a legal claim.
In return we give you a personal licence to use the site, the app and the player to watch videos and manage your channel. It does not include copying videos you do not own, downloading them where the uploader has not allowed it, scraping, or using automated tools to inflate views, likes or followers.
What You May Not Upload
You may upload only what you have the right to share, and nothing that breaks the community guidelines: no sexual content involving minors, no content that puts a child at risk, no terrorism, no hate, no harassment, no graphic violence for its own sake, no spam or misleading labels, and nothing that exposes a private person without consent. Videos that are allowed but not suitable for everyone must carry the sensitive-content restriction; AI-generated and paid content must carry their labels. The same rules apply to titles, descriptions, thumbnails, comments, channel names and handles.
Copyright and Repeat Infringers
We act on valid copyright notices under the Copyright Act, 1957, taking the video down within 36 hours and telling the uploader, who may send a counter-notice. A confirmed notice adds a strike that lasts 90 days. Two confirmed claims end the right to upload; a third ends the account. The copyright page describes the notice, the counter-notice and the form.
Limits That Apply to Every Account
These are the limits in force now. They exist to keep the service fast and free for everyone, and they may be raised or lowered; a change is announced on the site before it applies.
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| File size and length per upload | 4 GB and 2 hours |
| Uploads per day | 15 files and 10 hours of video |
| Accepted formats | MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI |
| Title, description, hashtags | 255 characters, 3,000 characters, 15 hashtags |
| Playlists | 50-character title, up to 250 videos |
| Username and handle | 3–27 characters, letters, digits, dot and underscore; one change every 7 days |
| Strikes | Last 90 days; 3 active strikes = 7-day upload ban; a strike during a ban = suspension |
| Appeals | One per decision, within 6 months |
| Signed-in session | 30 days |
No Payments and No Earnings
The service is free and has no paid features. There is no creator earnings programme in this version and no advertising revenue to share; nobody may promise you income from the platform, and nobody acting for us may ask you to pay for verification, promotion or anything else. If such a programme is introduced later, it will come with its own terms that you can accept or decline.
Suspension, Termination and Appeals
We may remove content, restrict it to adults, apply a strike, pause uploads or suspend an account when these terms or the guidelines are broken, and we close an account at once for child-safety or terrorism content. You are told the reason, and every decision can be appealed once within six months through the link in the decision email or the strikes page in the studio. You may delete your account yourself at any time in Settings; deletion takes effect immediately.
The Service Is Provided As It Is
We work to keep the platform available and your files intact, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted, that processing will never fail, or that a video will never be lost; keep your own copy of anything that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by use of the service or by content other users upload. Nothing here limits rights that Indian consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Changes, Governing Law and Contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and a change that reduces your rights is announced on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions, notices and complaints go to contact@6eclub.tv or through the contact page, where the 6E Club grievance team acknowledges complaints within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
