Contact 6E Club: Support, Copyright, Grievances and Press
Checked · 6E Club help guide
Contact 6E Club by email or through the forms on the site; there is no phone line and no chat agent. Account and upload problems go to contact@6eclub.tv, copyright notices go to copyright@6eclub.tv or the takedown form, and anything that breaks the rules goes through the Report button right where you see it. This page says which route to use, what to include, and how fast you can expect an answer.
Who to Contact for What
Most questions already have an answer on the site, and reading it first is faster than waiting for a reply. The customer care page covers stuck uploads, videos that will not play, lost passwords and locked accounts step by step. When that does not solve it, use the route below.
| You want to… | Use | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Fix an account, login, upload or playback problem | contact@6eclub.tv | Your username, the phone or browser, and the exact message you saw |
| Report a video, comment or channel | The Report button on the item | A reason, the part of the video if not all of it, and your email for the outcome |
| Ask for a copyrighted work to be taken down | copyright@6eclub.tv or the takedown form | Your name, the work, the original location, the video links and a signed statement |
| Appeal a removal, restriction or strike | The link in the decision email, or the studio strikes page | The reference from the email and why the decision was wrong |
| Raise a complaint under the IT Rules 2021 | contact@6eclub.tv, subject “Grievance” | The content link, your relationship to it, and what you want done |
| Delete your account or export your data | Settings for deletion; contact@6eclub.tv for an export | Export: the email address on the account |
| Ask a press question | contact@6eclub.tv, subject “Press” | Your publication and deadline |
Support by Email
Write to contact@6eclub.tv from the email address on your account when the question is about that account, so we can check it without asking you to prove who you are. One problem per email helps. A screenshot of the error, the video id from the address bar, and whether you were on the app or the browser usually lets us answer in one reply instead of three.
Replies come only from contact@6eclub.tv or copyright@6eclub.tv. A reply will never ask for your password, a six-digit code or a reset link, and it will never contain a link that asks you to sign in. If you receive a message like that, it is not from us; the real-or-fake guide shows what copycats look like.
Copyright Notices
Rights-holders and their agents should use the copyright request form, which asks for everything a valid notice needs and files it in the right queue, or email copyright@6eclub.tv with the same details: who you are, the work, where the original lives, the links to the videos and a signed statement that you believe the use is not authorised. Valid notices are acted on within 36 hours, the uploader is told and can send a counter-notice, and repeat infringers lose upload rights. The copyright page explains the process, including what happens when a notice is incomplete.
Response Times and the Grievance Team
Every message to a support inbox is acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, the timelines set by India’s IT Rules 2021 for platforms that host user content. Reports made through the Report button follow the same clock, with child safety and terrorism reviewed first. Copyright notices are faster: 36 hours for a valid one.
Complaints about content, about a decision we made, or about how the platform handled your data are dealt with by the 6E Club grievance team. Put “Grievance” in the subject line of an email to contact@6eclub.tv so it is routed there straight away. The rules themselves are published by the Ministry of Electronics and IT.
What Not to Send
Support staff can see everything they need from the account itself, so a message should never contain anything that would let a stranger take the account over. Keep these four things out of every email, form and reply, even when the person asking sounds like us.
- Your password, in any form. We can reset it with you; we never need to see it.
- The six-digit email code or a reset link. Those are for you to use, not to forward.
- Identity documents, unless we have specifically asked for one in a copyright or grievance matter.
- Payment details. There is nothing to pay for, so nobody here should ever ask.
A Warning About Fake Helplines
Search results and social posts sometimes list a “6E Club helpline” with a phone number, a WhatsApp contact or a chat link. None of them is ours. We do not operate any phone or chat support, and the only addresses we use are the two on this page. If money was taken, call 1930 the same day and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in; then change your password in Settings, which signs out every other device.
Before You Write to Us
Check the sender of any message that claims to be from the platform. Our mail comes from contact@6eclub.tv and copyright@6eclub.tv only, and it never asks you to sign in through a link or to share a code.
For anything urgent that involves a child or a threat, do not wait for an email reply: Childline answers 1098 at any hour, and 1930 handles online fraud.
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; mature-content settings need 18+. Every video, comment and channel has a Report button, and reports are reviewed by people. Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone who contacts you in the name of 6E Club. Read the online safety guide.
