6E Club: Watch, Upload and Share Videos for Free
6E Club is a free video platform built for phones first: an HD player that adapts to your connection, subtitles, playlists, channels you can follow, a vertical Shorts feed, and an upload tool that lets you share a clip while it is still uploading.
No account is needed to watch. Sign up with an email and a username to keep history, lists and a channel of your own. Accounts are for ages 13 and over, and there are no fees anywhere.

What Is 6E Club?
6E Club is a video-sharing website and Android app where people upload clips, other people watch them, and the two groups talk in comments. It has the parts you expect from a modern video site: a home feed with For you, Following and trending rows, twenty categories, hashtags, search with filters, channels with playlists, a vertical Shorts feed, and a creator studio with analytics.
What makes it different is its focus on a mid-range Android phone on mobile data in India: the player starts light and climbs in quality, eco mode caps data use, titles are searchable in Hindi and English, and uploads resume if the connection drops. Everything also works on a laptop or a tablet, and nothing is hidden behind a paid plan.
Two things are deliberately absent: there is no earnings programme, so no channel can promise you money for views, and there is no live streaming in this version.
Why people search for 6E Club
Most people arrive with one of five questions: how to watch a shared video on a slow connection, how to upload and what the limits are, how to set up a channel, where the real Android app is, and whether a page or message using the name is genuine. The sections below give the short answers; the guide grid links to the long ones.
Watching on 6E Club: The Player in Brief
Open a video and the HD player picks a quality for your connection, with Auto, 360p, 720p and 1080p on the menu once a file has been processed. On mobile data it starts at 360p, and eco mode keeps it at 720p or below so a small pack lasts. Subtitles come from the creator's own .srt or .vtt files; speed runs from 0.25× to 2×; picture-in-picture, theatre and fullscreen are one tap away.
On a phone, a double-tap on either side skips ten seconds and a long press plays at double speed. On a keyboard, Space, the arrows, J and L, M, F, C and the digits do the usual jobs, and ? shows the full list. The player remembers where you stopped, shrinks into a mini-player when you scroll to the comments, and offers the next video after a six-second countdown you can cancel. The watching guide goes through each control with the tap-by-tap steps.
| Feature | What it does | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Auto quality | Starts light on mobile data, climbs to 1080p when the connection allows | Gear menu → Quality |
| Eco mode | Caps playback at 720p to save data | Gear menu → Quality |
| Subtitles | Shows the creator’s uploaded captions | CC button, or press C |
| Speed | 0.25× to 2× in steps | Gear menu → Speed |
| Picture-in-picture | Floats the video over other apps | PiP button in the control bar |
| Resume | Continues from where you stopped, on any device | Automatic when signed in |
| Share with a start time | Link opens at the second you chose | Share → Start at |

Uploading: Share a Video While It Is Still Uploading
Uploading on 6E Club starts from the Upload button in the header or the middle tab of the app. Pick a file from your phone or computer, and the upload runs in chunks that resume on their own if the network drops. While it runs you fill in the title, description, hashtags, category, language and visibility, pick a thumbnail from three automatic frames or your own image, and save at any point.
As soon as the upload completes, the video is watchable in its original quality. The encoder then produces the 360p, 720p and 1080p versions within minutes, and the quality menu fills in on its own. The processing states run from About to upload through Uploading and Optimizing to Live, with Action needed or Failed if something is wrong with the file.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Formats | MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI |
| Per file | Up to 4 GB and 2 hours |
| Per day | 15 uploads and 10 hours of video |
| Title / description | Up to 255 / 3,000 characters |
| Hashtags | Up to 15 per video |
| Visibility | Public, Unlisted, Private, Password, Scheduled |
| Labels | Made for kids, sensitive content, AI-generated, paid partnership |
| Switches | Comments, embed and download on or off per video |
Visibility is the setting most people ask about. Public goes to feeds and search; Unlisted plays for anyone with the link but is not listed; Private is for you alone; Password asks viewers for a word you set; and Scheduled publishes at a date and time you choose. Details and the thumbnail can be edited at any point.
Uploading needs a confirmed email, the one gate that keeps throwaway accounts out of the feed. The full walk-through is in the upload guide.
Likes, Comments, Follows and Lists
Under every video sit the heart, the bookmark, Save, Share and the three-dot menu. The heart is a like, with a public count and private names. The bookmark drops the video into Favorites; Save puts it into a playlist of your own, up to 250 videos each with a title of up to 50 characters. Share copies the link, with an optional start time, or sends it to WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Facebook or email, and offers an embed code where the creator allows it.
Comments need a confirmed email, support replies and hearts, and are off on made-for-kids videos. The creator can pin a reply and heart a comment, which shows a small badge. Follow adds the channel to your Following feed; the bell next to it sends a notification for each new public video. History records what you watched so the player can resume, and it has Pause and Clear switches in the Library for a shared phone.
Search, hashtags and categories
The search box returns Top results first, then tabs for Videos, Channels, Playlists and Hashtags, with sort, duration and upload-date filters on the Videos tab. Hashtags are clickable everywhere and open a feed of their own; each upload carries up to 15. The twenty categories, from News and Education to Food, Comedy and How-to, each have a row on the Explore page next to the trending list.
Channels, Playlists and the Creator Studio
Your username is your 6E Club channel handle, so a channel exists from the moment you register. Give it a name, a tagline, a description, an avatar and a 2048×512 banner, and add links and a country. Viewers can follow it, switch on the bell for new-video notifications, and play your public playlists from start to finish.
The creator studio is where the work happens: a videos table with filters and bulk visibility changes, an edit drawer for details and thumbnails, analytics with views, watch time and followers over 7, 28 or 90 days, your top videos, a playlists tab, comment moderation with reply, delete, pin and heart, and a strikes page that shows the state of your account. The channel and studio guide explains each screen, and the handle rules (3 to 27 characters, changeable once a week) are there too.

Your 6E Club Account
Registering asks for an email, a username, a password and your birth year. The password needs eight or more characters with at least a letter, a number and a symbol; a 6-digit code sent to your email confirms the address and stays valid for three hours. There is no Google or Apple sign-in in this version, and no phone number is asked for.
Once signed in, you stay signed in for 30 days on that device, in the browser and in the app alike. Forgot password sends a reset link by email; change password and delete account live in Settings, and deletion is immediate after you confirm your password. If you ever get a message asking for your code or password in the name of 6E Club, it is not from us: the platform never asks for either. The login page has fixes for wrong-password and new-device problems, and the password advice in NIST's digital identity guidelines explain why length beats complexity.
The Android App and the iPhone Home Screen
The Android app is the website in an app shell: bottom tabs for Home, Shorts, Upload, Library and You, an entry in the share sheet so a clip from your gallery uploads in two taps, and deep links that open a video address straight in the app. It uses the same account, so history, lists and your channel are already there. The signed APK and its SHA-256 checksum are published on the app page, with a Play Store listing to follow.
There is no iPhone app yet. In Safari, Share → Add to Home Screen puts an icon on the phone that opens the site full-screen with the same player and account, and it updates on its own. Whatever you use, the 6E Club app never asks for contacts, SMS, location or accessibility access; a file that does is not ours. Installing a web app this way is described in MDN's guide to progressive web apps.
Reports, Copyright and the Rules
Every video, comment and channel has a Report option with twelve reasons; you can mark a whole video or a part of it, add details, and leave an email to hear the outcome. Reporting a video needs no account. A person on the 6E Club team reviews the report and can remove the item, restrict it to adults or keep it, and the uploader can appeal once within six months.
Rights-holders have their own route: the copyright request form, acted on within 36 hours of a valid notice, with a counter-notice for uploaders who believe a claim is wrong. Strikes last 90 days; three active strikes mean a 7-day upload ban, and a strike during a ban means suspension. A video with five open reports is hidden while it is reviewed. The rules themselves are in the community guidelines, and the takedown steps are on the copyright page.
| Tool | What it does | Who can use it |
|---|---|---|
| Report | Flags a video, comment or channel for human review | Anyone for videos; signed-in users for comments and channels |
| Block | Hides a person from your channel and comments | Any signed-in user |
| Hide sensitive content | Keeps restricted videos out of your feeds and search | On by default; adults can turn it off |
| Made for kids | Turns comments off on a video meant for children | The uploader |
| Copyright request form | Starts a takedown, answered within 36 hours of a valid notice | Rights-holders or their agents |
| Appeal | Asks for a second look at a removal or a strike | The uploader, once per decision |
In India, the IT Rules 2021 ask platforms to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, and to name a grievance officer; the 6E Club grievance team handles that queue. The rules are published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and the Copyright Act, 1957 is explained on the Copyright Office website.
Using 6E Club on a Phone in India
Most viewers arrive on an Android phone with a daily data limit, so the defaults are built around that. The player starts at 360p on mobile data and lets Auto climb; eco mode holds it at 720p on any network; Shorts respects the same cap. A long clip at 720p uses roughly 15 to 25 MB a minute, worth knowing when a daily pack is 1.5 or 2 GB.
Search understands Hindi and English titles alike, so a creator who writes both in one title is found by both. Uploads resume if the signal drops in a lift or a train, and the details form is editable during the upload, so a slow connection costs nothing. If you share a link on WhatsApp and it plays badly inside the chat app, the Open in browser option fixes most of it.
Three settings worth changing on a budget phone
First, switch eco mode on in the quality menu; 720p and 1080p look the same on a six-inch screen and the data saving is real. Second, turn autoplay off at the top of the up-next column so a video left running does not drain a pack overnight. Third, clear history now and then if the phone is shared, because resume points and the history list are the only personal traces a viewer leaves.
Scams follow any popular name. A page or message that asks for a fee, a registration charge, your one-time code or a bank detail in the name of this platform is a fraud; the real-or-fake guide lists the signs, and money lost should be reported at once at the national cybercrime portal or by calling 1930.
Start Watching, Then Start Uploading
Browse without an account, then register in a minute to keep history and playlists, follow channels, and upload your first clip from your phone gallery or a browser.
Watch and Share With Care
Autoplay, Shorts and the up-next column are designed to keep a session going. Switch autoplay off at the top of the up-next column, use your phone's screen-time tools, and keep Hide sensitive content on, which is the default for every account. Parents can read a channel without an account before letting a teenager follow it.
Uploading someone else's video, a film clip or a song you do not own leads to a takedown and a strike, and three strikes stop you uploading. Use the Report button for anything that looks harmful, block anyone who harasses you in comments, and never move a chat with a stranger off the platform because they asked.
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; mature-content settings need 18+. Every video, comment and channel has a Report button, and reports are reviewed by people. Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone who contacts you in the name of 6E Club. Read the full online safety guide.
Questions People Ask
What is 6E Club?
A free video platform where anyone can watch HD videos, follow channels, keep playlists and upload their own clips from a browser or the Android app. It is built for phones first, works on any screen, and has no paid tier. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; watching needs no account at all.
Is 6E Club free to use?
Yes, completely. Watching, uploading, playlists, comments and the app are free, with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases in this version. There is also no earnings programme yet, so nobody on the platform can promise you income from views, and nobody from the platform will ever ask you to pay a fee.
Do I need an account to watch?
No. Every public video, channel and playlist opens without signing in, and the search works for everyone. An account adds history with resume, Favorites, your own playlists, likes, comments, the follow bell and, once your email is confirmed, uploading. Creating one takes about a minute with an email, a username and a password.
How do I upload a video to 6E Club?
Sign in, confirm your email, and open Upload. Pick an MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV or AVI file up to 4 GB and 2 hours, fill in the title and details while it uploads, and choose Public, Unlisted, Private, Password or a schedule. The video is watchable in original quality the moment the upload completes; 360p, 720p and 1080p follow once processing finishes.
Is there a 6E Club app for Android and iPhone?
An Android app is on the way, published as a signed APK on the app page with its checksum, and later on the Play Store. It uses the same account as the website. There is no iPhone app yet; iPhone users add the site to the home screen from Safari and get an icon, a full-screen view and the same player.
How do I report a video or a copyright problem?
Every video, comment and channel has a Report option in its three-dot menu, with twelve reasons and a details box; you do not need an account to report a video. Rights-holders use the copyright request form, which is acted on within 36 hours of a valid notice. Reports are reviewed by people, and every decision can be appealed once.
